Principally responsible for project leadership and execution, Michael works with clients and their advisors to bring about successful results on mergers & acquisitions, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions, and other investment banking and valuation advisory assignments. Michael takes special pride in his ESOP work, leading the way to execute transactions that allow employees to meaningfully share in the wealth they helped create.
He has worked with and understands the needs of companies across a broad range of sizes and industries, with particular experience serving architecture & engineering, construction, transportation & logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and healthcare services clients.
Michael’s clients also rely on his guidance in producing financial opinions addressing the value of common and preferred stock, various debt securities, intangible assets of all types, the fairness of certain transactions, and value of a wide variety of non-traditional asset types.
