
Senior Analyst
At Acuity, Amir assists the firm in valuation advisory, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) valuations, purchase price allocations, and fair value measurements for financial reporting and corporate planning. He has worked with public and private companies across a wide range of industries, supporting mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other strategic initiatives. Before joining Acuity Advisors, Amir worked in valuation advisory at Eureka Capital, where he focused on purchase price allocations and ESOP valuations.
He holds a B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, where he was a student portfolio manager and analyst with Titan Capital Management, a security analysis and portfolio management program that manages a portion of the university’s endowment fund. Prior experience also includes collegiate internships in asset management and real estate tax.
Outside of work, Amir volunteers with The American Legion’s California Boys State program, mentoring high school students in leadership development and civic engagement. He also pursues personal interests including travel photography, competitive archery, and classic car restoration.
